The complex is a condo style and each unit had two rooms...

The complex is a condo style and each unit had two rooms which was very convenient for a family. Our unit had a washing machine which was very helpful. The pool was very nice and clean.

Location was a little far from the city center but close to the airport. Breakfast was geared towards the Chinese group tourists and this made the menu a little narrow. The taxi drivers had trouble finding the place a few times at nights when coming back to the hotel.

We fell in love with Chiang Mai.

If you were off to Thailand for a getaway/relaxation trip, I would highly recommend you stay here. Staff provided an excellent service from the start to the end of our stay and the place looked amazing, especially the room they had assigned to us in.

Great hotel!

Apart from the place was a little far, everything was really good. Staffs were really really accommodating amd friendly. They gave us welcome drinks when we arrived. Some fruits in our rooms. Rooms were really clean and spacious. Pool was big and clean (but i think they dont have a control system to adjust the water temp of the pool). Buffet bfast was good but could be improved. Overall my friends and i really had a great time staying there and would definitely come back again. Shout out to the pretty ladies at the reception! They were soooo kind to us!

The place was a little too far at the city center. However they offer free stransportation to central plaze airport, tha pae gate and weekends markets.

Staff were very friendly and helpful rooms were lovely and very clean and pool area was nice.

The location is about a 15 minute journey outside the centre of the city and we struggled every night to find a taxi or tuk tuk who knew where it was. There was also no facilities open to get any food or drinks during the day except for the allocated opening times of the restaurant. There was cooking facilities in each room though so this felt more like an apartment complex to me then a hotel.

Facilities good but let down by not being clean and poor breakfast.

It is a Condo Hotel so the layout was good, there is a kitchen area, a lounge area and the bedroom. Excellent swimming pools and exercise area. The first evening we used room service which was good.

The standard of cleanliness was not good. We found plenty of shelves and draws that we had to clean off the dust before we could use. The small balcony area was dirty and not cleaned throughout our stay. The bed is hard which would cause many Europeans a problem. I could not sleep the first night but after discussion with reception housekeeping laid a duvet on top of the mattress which softened a little but throughout my stay l did not sleep well. Breakfast was terrible, we arrived 30 minutes before closing and any “hot” items were all cold and unappetising, orange juice was empty and generally not much available. We did not have breakfast for the rest of our stay. In the bathroom although the shower was good the “rain head” part of it was fixed too low, so anybody taller than 180 cms could not stand under it.

Breakfast was not that great.

Breakfast was not that great. Beds are very firm, too firm. Water does not get hot, we had to shower with cool water. Do not expect to be permitted to check in one minute before check-in time. It was difficult to get taxis to bring us to hotel from main city. Scheduled activities would not pick us up bc it is not located in city. Rooms are not sound proof. We could hear everything in halls. The hotel was very clean.

The suit has two separated bedrooms with modern furniture and looks really luxurious. The bathroom is clean. We had washing machine which was a plus.

First, we changed date of our staying which booking.com confirmed with the object and sent us confirmation mail. But when we arrived one really unpleasent recepcionist was very rude and unprofessional, we didnt even get out of the taxi and she jumped in front of us asking for reservation. When we finally showed her mail she insisted we pay for that night because they didnt get the mail where we changed the date of our staying. Not to mention that the whole staff hardly speaks english. The agony would not stop if the manager which was pleasent didnt show up and solved the problem. Besides the breakfast I recommend not eating in a hotel.

Staff were really helpful.

Staff were really helpful. It was nice that even though we had an early check out that day, we could leave our bags there securely until our flight that night.

They refused to let us leave without paying 200 baht for dirty towels in our room that were going to be laundered anyway. Bit of a joke.

Beautiful facilities... just beds are very hard . But staff is very kind . Free shuttle 2 times a day and pool is warm so so clean :)
